Styles

We build fixed awnings in several classic shapes:

Waterfall (dome). Rounded front, curved frame. The most common residential style.

Traditional slope. Flat front panel, simple angled sides. Works everywhere.

Materials

Three main material choices:

Fabric. Solution-dyed acrylic stretched over an aluminum frame. Classic look. Fabric replacement every 10 to 15 years.

Aluminum. Corrugated or standing-seam panels over a steel frame. Permanent, no fabric to replace. Works for decades.

Polycarbonate. Translucent panels that let light through but block UV and rain. Good for walkways and greenhouses.

Fabric awnings start around $400 for small window units. Aluminum runs higher but lasts longer. We walk through which material fits your project on the first visit.

Window and Door Awnings

Small fixed awnings over windows and doors are often the best ROI project on a home. They:

Every frame we build uses welded aluminum or powder-coated steel. Hardware is stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized — mandatory for any install within 10 miles of the coast. Paint finishes carry 10 to 15 year warranties.

Installation

Most fixed awnings install in half a day. Multi-unit projects take one to two days. No electrical work is required (no motors), which keeps install simple and cost down.
